The hotel, staff and amenities were all very good. In addition the location is very convenient for getting to Manhattan via subway with a three-stop twenty minute commute to midtown.
Very clean room, neighbor was very safe. 5 min walk from subway. We enjoyed our stay. The desk was also nice enough to hold our luggage after checkout for a few hours while we finished exploring the city.
The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, there was no coffee maker or clothes hangers in the room. These are basic amenities that are typically provided in hotels in the U.S.
The staff were very genuine. It’s close to the train station which is one street over. There were no problems checking in. A lot stores nearby so if I needed anything, I could get it. Overall great stay!
Overall, this is a great hotel. The location was great for me because it’s close to the city and there’s a subway stop a block away not many restaurants, but there is one cute little pub on the corner. There’s a couple of bodega’s overall great however there were some young folks that were very loud on the weekends that was not fun and nobody did anything about it. One girl was literally screaming and arguing with somebody for an hour or so in the middle of the night and was not told to leave? Other than that the staff was amazing very helpful and it was a great place to stay.

It is very well located, just a few steps from a subway station where you can ride lines N or W. On the other hand, the room was not very clean. We found some hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. We made a reservation for 3 people, but they only provided 3 bath towels in the bathroom. I asked at the reception and they said they would add one more, but they never did.

Rate customer service hotel still is under renovation so at times your room might not be ready when it's time to check in. It's a pretty good, quiet area and I enjoyed my experience.

There were no hangers to hang clothes on and no hooks to hang towels. There was an ice bucket, but no cups. There was an iron, but no iron board. No bedside lamps, either. Bed is comfortable.
It was clean and hygiene was maintained. The only thing I would like them to improve is having water dispenser. Tourist like me needs water and we can refill the water bottle if there is dispenser in the hotel. Rest everything was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. They charge $20 if anyone wants to put bags on last day and roam around the city instead of paying for one whole extra day.

Overall, our stay was good and matched the price we paid. The location was great, with easy access to the train. The room was generally clean, but it wasn’t serviced during our stay, and there were no trash cans in either the room or the bathroom. The elevator wasn’t working properly, and on one occasion we had to walk up all six flights of stairs

Our stay served its purpose and gave us a safe, reasonably clean place to sleep while visiting the city. The location was convenient, especially being so close to the train station, which made getting around very easy. The staff was also kind, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay.
The hotel itself was fairly clean, and we really didn’t have any complaints in that area. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. The elevator was not working while we were there, which was a pretty significant inconvenience after spending the entire day walking around the city. Climbing seven flights of stairs at the end of a long day was definitely not something we looked forward to. The ice machine was also not working.
The biggest issue for us was the beds. They are extremely firm, honestly almost like sleeping on a mat on the floor. If you prefer or need a softer, more comfortable mattress, I would definitely keep that in mind before booking. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, so the room stayed cool and we were still able to get some rest.
Overall, I wouldn’t say we had a horrible stay. It was adequate for what we needed, the location was convenient, and the staff was nice. However, there is definitely some room for improvement, particularly with the maintenance issues and overall comfort of the beds.
The hotel is more like a hostel. No services, no breakfast, even paying.
There’s a vending machine that only accepts cash. The interior is new and clean but a very basic one star
