This property smells bad and unsecured. The neighborhood is ghetto. The room is too small, there is no carpet on the floor.

The stay was terrible. The room was tiny and the windows were very weak, it was almost impossible to rest.Will not come back. The area felt very unsafe for tourists like us, especially in the afternoon.

Not a terrible stay, only stayed one night. Would only stay here for a night or two max. Definitely not worth what they were charging. It was one of the cheapest I could find in the city on a holiday wknd. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient. Parking was good. The area isn’t the best but I didn’t feel unsafe. I looked through previous reviews so I kind of knew what to expect.

Travelocity has no idea what they are offering to customers. Hotel they offered was noisy, dirty and stinks. Unfortunately travelocity has no power to protect their customers when they get dissapointed. I spoke to them many times that day, all they offered go back to the same property. Very unprofessional.

The Front desk staff was very informative and friendly. the environment in the hotel was good and safe. the area is ok. Parking was a slight issue however, I expected that since I am from Brooklyn, I know how parking is. I did find a spot about a block away but otherwise it was worth my short stay. Its not a high end Hotel its basic and was what I expected, I have nothing negative to say about it.

I was charged for a queen size bed and got us full size bed instead the room is the size of a closet you can't really move around it was just horrible they gave me a dirty place in the beginning then I told them this place can't be cleaned as open beer bottles everywhere and the bed is dirty they corrected that but it's just that place is not a hotel

I'm a heavy sleeper, so I was fine, but if you're a light sleeper, the sound of traffic & the subway train and passersby (my window was right on the public sidewalk) are liable to disturb your sleep. But it was fine for me and my needs on my work trip.
