Cozy Hotel with Great Service

Posted 22-Sep-2016
Pros: Feel and Service of Hotel Staff. Membership access to the Equinox.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: It was close enough to Time Square but far enough so I didn't hear the noise.
The staff was very attentive from the moment I arrived. I loved the serene feel of the hotel, which I needed after having a very bad hotel experience that forced me to relocate. I am pleased with the Night Hotel and would definitely stay here again but in a larger room possibly.

Nice hotel with a lot of character.

One of the best hotels i'very stayed at while in NYC. The hotel would be a lot more comfortable if the rooms weren't so small.

Okay hotel, it is downtown

Posted 28-Aug-2016
It was not bad, it is close to Time Square, Broadway theaters, Restaurants, etc... The room is very small, bathroom is super small it wasn't comfortable for me and my wife. The couple we traveled with they agree too. Will not stay there again and won't recommend it.

Nur die Lage zählt!

Posted 20-Aug-2016
Pros: Lage

Not the best hotel.

Posted 09-Aug-2016
We are traveling to NY very often and have stayed in many different hotels there. This hotel was not our favorite and we will never stay there again. Room was super small, though we paid for king size bed. Room was super dark, i was not able to apply my makeup. There was not enough of light and the window was looking to the wall, so no natural light as well. The air conditioner is super noisy! I have never seen such noisy ac! When you watch tv you have to make it louder when the ac unit stars to work. There was not enough outlets, especially near the bed. In the lobby a lot of nude photos, so definitely do not remember this hotel for kids! The only positive thing there is location - steps away from the Times Square.

Pros: Great interior design, cool, clean, and comfortable. Good location for visiting the Times Square area.
Cons: The staff could be more personable. They gave the impression that they were annoyed when I spoke with them.
Location: Nearby access to the subway and every Broadway show. Art museums and parks are within walking or transit distance. It's easy to find restaurants.
Housekeeping was great; our room was always clean and the bed was very comfortable. We got excellent sleep in the dark, cool room. The staff was professional but not quite friendly. We were charged for items in the mini-fridge that we did not consume, but the staff was accepting when we spoke with them to clear up the issue. The location of the hotel is right next to Times Square, which is crowded but great if you're a tourist. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.
