Ausgezeichnete Lage im ruhigen Long Island City. Mehrere U-Bahn-Linien, darunter die praktische Linie 7, die Sie in wenigen Minuten zum Grand Central Terminal, zur 5th Avenue und zum Times Square bringt, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns für ein Studio-Apartment mit einer Küche entschieden, die mit Geräten wie einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Wasserkocher und einem Toaster ausgestattet ist. Unter der Spüle finden Sie Reinigungsmittel und andere nützliche Dinge. Wir hatten das Glück, einen spektakulären Blick auf die Ostseite Manhattans zu genießen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Fenster hatten Verdunkelungsvorhänge und es gab einen praktischen 50-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und mit einem Föhn und Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es einen kleinen Schrank mit Besen, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Der Zugang erfolgt nicht mit einem herkömmlichen Schlüssel oder einer Karte, sondern mit einem praktischen Zahlencode, der den Zutritt zum Gebäude, zum Aufzug und zum Apartment ermöglicht. Im Erdgeschoss steht Ihnen jederzeit hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal zur Verfügung. Die Reinigung muss separat über die Sonder-App angefragt werden und ist daher nicht im Aufenthaltpreis enthalten. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Apartment. Sonder, was den befürchteten U-Bahn-Lärm angeht: Wir haben ruhig geschlafen und er hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Ich werde die Unterkünfte von Sonder definitiv auch für Aufenthalte in anderen Städten in Betracht ziehen.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt, hochwertige Möbel und eine wirklich bequeme Matratze! Am ersten Tag gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche, das aber innerhalb eines halben Tages behoben wurde. Es ist etwas Lärm von der U-Bahn und dem Verkehr zu hören, aber in dieser Gegend ist das normal und nicht störend. Wir haben immer wunderbar geschlafen! Die Umgebung ist angenehm und gut ausgestattet, alles ist bequem zu erreichen. Das nahegelegene, rund um die Uhr geöffnete Restaurant ist fantastisch!

Wir wohnten in einem Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit Schlafcouch. Obwohl das Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist es sehr praktisch! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmittel, Reinigungstabletten, Kaffee, Tee, Kräutertee und Salz. Dank der nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station ist man im Nu in Manhattan. Wir haben ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in der Nähe mit fairen Preisen gefunden. Außerdem gibt es einen Trader Joe's für den täglichen Bedarf. Perfekt! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist kostenlos. Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und ermöglicht die Kommunikation vor der Anreise, sogar auf Französisch, mit schnellen Antworten. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!
