Large bedrooms, spacious living room, and full bathroom. This is apt is the a real deal! You'll have all the benefits of NYC apt living, walking distance to the best of downtown NYC and just 2 minutes from multiple subway lines. Looking to work from home? I have 2 dedicated work stations. The space The apartment has a large living room with a leather couch with converts into a comfortable full sized bed. There is also a dinning table with seating for 4. There are two large bedrooms with closets and work stations. Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just brand new, top of the line Queen bed mattresses. Late night out in the city? Don't worry, with our black out curtains and air conditioners in each bedroom, you can sleep as late as you want! Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook yourself a nice dinner. We are located in Little Italy, on the border of SOHO, Chinatown, Lower East Side, and Tribeca. All these neighborhoods are 5-15 minutes away on foot! Or hope on the subway and you can be anywhere you want in the city in less than 20 minutes! You are only: 10 mins to Williamsburg Bridge 15 mins to World Trade Center 20 mins to Empire State Building 25 minutes to Central Park Recomendations: Groceries: There is a Local Market (New York Mart ) 1 and half blocks South of Mulberry Street on Mott (Between Grand and Hester). This store can provide all of your everyday food needs. The Market is a mix of Asian and American products. There are fresh, fruits and veggies as well as fresh seafood and meats. The store is mostly populated with Chinese and Asian products but you can also get milk, coffee, eggs OJ, and everyday American products. Also, there are authentic Italian stores for fresh made pasta and sauces, fresh baked breads, cured meats, cheese, wine and everything authentic to eat and cook ITALIAN. (North side of Grand Street from Mulberry to Mott Street) Restaurants: ITALIAN: Il Cortlile- 125 Mulberry Street -a little pricey but worth it Peasant-194 Elizabeth Street (between Prince and Spring) Rubirosa-235 Mulberry Street between Prince and Spring) Great thin crust Pizza Vincents-Corner of Mott and Hester-One of the oldest restaurants in Little Italy and my personal favorite. 3 choices of flavors in red sauce .(mild, medium or HOT) CHINESE: Oriental Garden-14 Elizabeth St.-Best Chinese (Seafood) in Area (Personal Favorite) Jin Fong -20 Elizabeth St.- Traditional Dim Sum Peaking Duck House-28 Mott St. The Best Peaking Duck in NYC. Shopping: There are tremendous shopping right near by the Loft, you can go Knick/Knack shopping all along Chinatown or for the serious shopper SoHo. You will find every and any designer in this area, make sure your feet will endure the BEST SHOPPING IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Guest access The apartment is only 2 blocks from multiple subway lines (6,J,Z,N,Q,R,W,B,D). All can be accessed via the Canal Street Subway (metro) line. There is a Citi-Bike Bike rental station 1 block away. The best attractions in downtown Manhattan are less than a 15 minute walk away. Other things to note • No parties, events, or loud noise of any kind.
