The breakfast was BAD!! Plastic tasting scrambled "eggs", reformed bacon, acid-reflux inducing french toast. The coffee was homeopathic - looked and tasted like brown tinted water. We had the breakfast for the first day, then never went back! The room was pretty good, but the windows were dirty. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles. The staff was absolutely amazing. The manager was personable- super friendly and made us feel welcome. It was such a pleasure. If I could give a hundred stars- I would! The rooms were clean- big for NYC and the views were absolutely stunning. We had the best time in NYC and having a wonderful place to stay really made our whole trip something we will never forget! Thank you!
