The hotel was clean and inviting. This area always has so many people living on the street (so sad), although not the fault of the hotel. Check in is at 4pm and not a minute sooner, I totally get this but would suggest that they stagger the check ins, as there were so many people waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The provided breakfast was quite good, staff was efficient and pleasant.

The property is nice, modern, and clean, rooms are quiet and comfy. The area is located in close proximity to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. It comes with the disadvantage of seeing homeless people not far from its entrance, but I suppose it's typical for New York. The people are neither noisy nor aggressive, but you will definitely see them. Speaking about breakfast, it's better than in many other hotels I have visited. If you stay for 4 days, you will notice a lack of variations, which is also typical. The WiFi is decent. What I liked about the hotel is that they have a baggage room. So, if you want to do some sightseeing without bags before your check-in or after your check-out, it's an easy thing to do with Homewood, and I was grateful to them for that.

The room was clean and fit the 5 of us comfortably. It’s noisy but it’s also NYC so it was expected. The food options were limited and the elevator takes forever and was always crowded. Also, there was a homeless person sleeping on the floor outside of our room.

We loved the room, especially the wood floors. Lobby area and 24 hour coffee were also really nice. The only issue was waiting for the elevators. There are only three, and even though we only needed to take it one floor (we had a stroller), we had to wait several minutes, sometimes longer, each time.

The service was excellent. They were very helpful. It isn't brand new but has been kept in good condition. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. It is close to mid town, theatres, subway locations and plenty of dining options nearby.

The room was nice an spacious. I think the rooms need some love. The pillows are terrible and the mattress was not comfortable and was squeaky. The TV did not work properly. Channel kept freezing. I will be back cause the location is great.

Fantastic hotel close to Bryant park, Rockefeller center, multiple train lines. The room was very large for Manhattan and had a full size fridge! Jorge at breakfast was absolutely lovely and so were all the staff.

Brilliant place to stay in Manhattan. Easy walk to Times Square, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Included breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant in every interaction. As expected in. Ew York, room was small but enough.
