Location was very convenient. We requested the quietest room as possible and they delivered. Only complaints were that the cold sink water was actually hot/the shower temperature was inconsistent and the queen beds were more like full size beds. However, I would stay again based on location.

Housekeeping staff was unavailable most of the weekend. They were during construction during our stay as well which affected our overall experience. Multiple guests had similar complaints about their assigned rooms not being clean upon arrival!

The elevators were very loud. Had to buy ear plugs to sleep. The rooms need an update. There was rust around door ways.

Perfect location for getting around Midtown. Parking was easy, it was convenient to get to a show, dining options, Central Park, etc. The staff were all very polite and helpful and the room was decent size!

The elevators were an issue for us because there didn’t seem to be enough. We waited forever for an elevator in the morning and when one would arrive it would be full from all the floors above. We ended up taking the stairs 19 floors.

The property was amazing being a crosswalk from times square. The staff could use some work though. Understand its a very fast enviroment but it felt like i wasnt being very welcomed everything was quick and single worded and get out.

Great location in time Square everything was in walking distance. Staff were friendly and easy going. The rooms were quite small but comfy wasn't planning on spending much time in my room anyway. Overall it was clean comfortable would recommend

The water had multiple issues. On the morning of 3/19, no hot water was available and I had to call customer maintenance. I was told to leave the sink and shower running on full blast until they arrived. After 5-10 minutes the hot water was running. On 3/21, we were left a letter stating they were doing maintenance and no water would be available in guest rooms from 11pm to 2am. Fortunately, we arrived back at the room at 10pm and were able to use the facilities quickly before the water shut off. The following morning, 3/22, scalding hot water was immediately available but no cold water was available to offset it. After using the same “run both the sink and shower for 5-10 minutes” strategy the issue resolved. The situation was very frustrating. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal but the hotel seems to have engineering problems to resolve to make it a location to recommend.

Property was fantastic, everyone was fantistic. I did however feel the dining room needs a little attention. Most staff were great. I felt during a breakfast we were not attended very well. No offers for coffee refills. Rollups seemed to be more important. However the quality was there. No toast was given with the two egg selection on the menu. Usually standard.

No one told us ahead of time that there was construction in the building. It sounded like they were hammering pipes in our room's bathroom from 8 a.m. until we checked out at 11:30. Staff at front desk said we should have received an email. Never received an email. There was a sign at the front desk that also was never pointed out to me upon check in. Very disappointed.

The jackhammering too noisy. Terrible The bed frames were too big for the room. You kept banging your legs and getting bruised.
