Very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and spacious kitchen/living room combination area. DL was very clear and quick with her communication. A very comfortable apartment for my wife and I while visiting our daughter and son in the Crown Heights area.

The place was nice. Not in the area of Crown Heights that I am used to and a little further from my daughter than is ideal but the accommodations were very comfortable.

Great apartment! It was clean and comfortable and a good size for three people. We loved how close we were to the subway, and about a 40 min ride into manhattan. The backyard was especially nice to have.

We really liked the roominess of the apt. The little backyard, the nice kitchen space, the nice bathroom/shower (needs a new/better-attached toilet seat, but no big), comfy beds, coffee machine, etc. The neighborhood was cool, and easy to find groceries, cooked food for take-away, booze, etc. Subway, 1 block! Street parking! Quiet at night! We were happy w/ this choice and are glad to thank the hosts.

Everything was as described. Close to small markets, food, pharmacy . Subway was about a 10 minute walk from apartment so convenient for getting around the city. Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here on next visit to NY.

Great, but not in the neighborhood VRBO said it was. I'm not sure why this happened– but I just wanted to point that out. I had no problem with the location, but just be aware of this. I liked the location and it was on the same block as buses and only a block away from the subway. Just don't want anyone to be surprised by this.

Great experience!

This was a great place to stay- very clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We even got a little bowl of candy on the table! The host was amazing to work with, and helped meet all of our needs. She was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was very detailed and easy. She sent us the codes to get in, as well as a video to explain it even further. I would stay here again if I came to the area!

Very accessible to subway, host was excellent at communicating

The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The property was as listed, nice backyard/patio area. Couldn't have been easier to access the subway. I know it was cleaned because I got there while the cleaning company was there but it didn't feel hotel level clean. Everything else was great.

Absolutely filthy. You don't mind standing in a shower pan full of water do you? They finally sent someone out the night before to snake the drain. The whole experience is something I never want to experience again.This property is shot out.

Amazing host who was super attentive and incredibly quick to reply to any questions we had. Property is close to transport links and has a fully equipped kitchen which made our stay very comfortable :)

This is a ground level apartment that includes one large room, a bathroom, and an actual back patio you'll have all to yourselves. The host was very helpful and accommodating, and she communicated clearly via text. It's a 3 minute walk to catch the 3 and 4 trains, and a 20 minute walk to catch the C train. The neighborhood was lively with several fast-food restaurants and markets nearby, though I wouldn't let my 16-year-old daughter walk by herself at night. We had no issues with noise, and we slept well in the two comfortable beds.

The property was clean and as expected and the host was kind and proactive in communicating. The location of the property is in a neighborhood that felt unsafe for a family traveling with kids. It was fine during the day, but if we returned by subway after nine, we were walking back with our head on a swivel. The walk to the subway was only a few blocks, but it is not in a location where tourists going to explore.
