I just didn’t like the location of my room. It was on the first floor where the lobby is and I could hear everything from people walking in and out to the elevator so not much peace but the staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff was very helpful upon me checking in. They helped fix a situation that came up and went above and beyond for us. One thing to note is that another nearby hotel had a DJ and music playing that you could hear from our room over the air conditioner.

The staff and the location were excellent. The staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly. The location was central to everything and within walking distance. Parking was a bit challenging with on-site and nearby parking options, and it was expensive. The breakfast and small rooms were disappointing for us. The space available for breakfast was limited to accommodate guests. The food was also minimal and unappealing. The rooms were small, but they had everything you’d need.

The rooms are extremely tiny, but I loved the location. It was a quick walk, bike ride or subway to all that we wanted to see while we were in NYC. The lemon ice water in the lobby was so good I started making it at home.

Fantastic hotel with great customer service. The front desk team helpful, even holding our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could enjoy our day. ​Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the AC worked perfectly in the summer heat. On top of that, breakfast was delicious with a great variety (waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereal). Everything was smooth and comfortable! Will definitely come back. Adding on, the hotel was walking distance from Broadway, Times Square, and public transportation.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are decent sized, very clean with comfortable beds. I only had breakfast 1 morning out of 4, it was pretty uninspiring and it's not hard to find a great breakfast in Manhattan. Location was a selling point, so close to theatre district and some amazing restaurants on 9th. The wifi is just as bad as any other review has cited, basically one step up from dial-up. It took me 12 minutes to download a 25min podcast: for most of my stay I ended up tethering from my phone because I bought a cheap data plan, but there's no need for that. Cleaning staff were efficient but for some reason didn't restock, so the day I left i only had one cup and one coffee pod remaining. I'm sure they would have refilled it if I asked, but really I shouldn't have to.

This hotel is several blocks west of Broadway, but that made it a lot quieter at night. The staff was great, the room was very clean, and AC worked well. I would suggest that the breakfast area be expanded or adjusted a bit, as it was very difficult for more than a couple of people to be in the area at the same time. Overall, great value and great hotel.
