Clean and quiet!

Great place, super clean and quiet while located in a happening neighborhood. Not for the infirm- the steps are steep to get to the apt and to the upstairs bedrooms from the main floor. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen. All appliances worked great. Right by the F train, easy to get anywhere from there. Owners were super responsive. We really enjoyed it.

Spectacular Location and Cosy Apartment

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was fantastic—super clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, and communication was fast and easy. They were kind enough to let us check in early and check out late, which made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect; it's just a block away from the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Times Square and explore the city. Plus, it's right next door to two iconic spots—Katz's Deli and an amazing bagel shop, both of which are must-visits! To top it off, it started raining during our stay, and the host had umbrellas available for us, which was such a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely book it again the next time we're in town!

Everything was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Spiral staircase to bedrooms in upper level was fun to navigate. Both bathrooms were very roomy.
