The location is fantastic, Easy walk to Empire State Building, Times Square, a ferry terminal, and Grand Central Terminal. Our host was very communicative and responsive. The building has some character. The apartment is modest but functional. The four of us were very comfortable.

Affordable, comfy, and central to everything in midtown Manhattan.

Great stay, with all you need to make basic meals, sleep comfortably and be in the heart of Manhattan. Communication with our host was easy, directions to find the apartment were clear and we ate several great meals within blocks of our apartment. Everything you need is here, so don't hesitate. Also just 3 blocks to the nearest subway and tons of great Korean food in the neighborhood.

NYC Bucket List Trip

First time in NYC for some of us. This trip was amazing and a big part of the "amazing" was our VRBO. Location was close to so much that we were there to see and public transportation. Property management was the best we have experienced - ever! The space was clean and larger than we expected for the price. We will stay again. Highly recommend!

Central to the heart of Manhattan

This location is central to most of the NYC landmarks, shopping, and tourist sites. The subway line 6 is just 1 block away, and line 2,3 is 4 blocks away, so it is very convenient to travel around Manhattan. Roomsare fine, and 1 bathroom is renovated. Plenty of towels, bedsheets, and supplies. Reasonable price for the number of bedrooms and location. Will book again.

Gem in Manhattan

My family and I visited extended family in Manhattan and were so lucky to find this great gem of a place. Close to the subway, walking distance to so many great sights, convenient location with lots of stores and food options right on the same block. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The girls each got their own room which was so rare in NYC, and each room had little conveniences like empty drawers, closet space, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with ample seating for us and for when family stopped by to visit. From the start communication was terrific, and the owners were very responsive and the entire process from check in to check out was a breeze. We had a great time and we’d love to stay again!

An amazing location for exploring Manhattan! We also felt the apartment was "big" for Manhattan standards! It was the perfect apartment for playing tourist in NYC. Check-in and out was a breeze. Laundry was a big plus too.

A great apartment, couldn't be closer to Empire State really! We were met on arrival and shown around which was really welcoming. Subway stations locally and the east river ferry from the end of the road. Coffee and bagels from Chelsea bagels were spot on too!
