Welcome to the Blue Door NYC! Kick back and relax in this luxurious, zen and stylish space. This luxury 3 bd smart home is found in central location next to JFK airport and the LI/Queens border. Filled w/ spa like amenities, yoga kit and smart devices for ultimate modern zen experience. Amazon Echos, Nespresso coffee, spa quality robes/slippers, Wifi, local art, smart Fire TVs - Netflix, Sling. The space is a 2nd floor unit of a 2 family attached house. It has its own private entrance. No spaces are shared - all private.
Noise disclosure. Please note the unit is private yet is in the top floor of a multi family home and therefore you may hear light noise from a separate apartment below. Just an FYI for guests super sensitive to noise from neighbors in a multilevel and multi family home.
Other things to note
No parties, smoking or pets on property.
All adult guests will be required to provide a government issued photo ID at least 48 hours before checkin for guest and host safety. If not provided upon request we cannot honor the reservation. MANDATORY.
Also only guests registered at booking can stay overnight. No additional overnight guests are allowed without host approval.
