  • Beautiful (newly renovated) penthouse apartment in the coolest doorman building in Soho/Little Italy. 3/4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two terraces (can eat outside), lots of light (east, west exposures) and city views.

    The apartment is close to many restaurants in Little Italy, Soho, Chinatown, East village. It is just two blocks from Whole Foods (on Houston and Bowery), and from the Chinatown YMCA with pool and gyms. The New Museum is around the corner; and you'll find jazz and rock clubs, theaters and performance spaces in nearby Lower East Side and East Village.
