We stayed in a studio with den (family of three) and there is plenty of space for all of us. There is a kitchen to do cooking should we be tired of eating out. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the room which is a luxury for my wife on holiday travels. The location is at Times Square, which can however get a little crazy in terms of crowds. But it is at a central location. Superbly clean and modern, staff always friendly. Two bedroom suite was a good size and well-equipped. It worked really well for a family of four as a quiet refuge after the long hot days of NYC tourism. Only minor downsides to note were it was very dark with no views at all, but that is not uncommon in NYC and the upside of that is there was no street noise at all in our suite. I prefer silence over views. The other oddity is the 'Terrace' which exists, but was completely empty of anything (no chairs) and they don't have a rooftop bar either, despite the website talking about both and there being signs inside to both. They should either use it, or turn it into rooms. That said there's not a shortage of bars nearby.
