Attempts to rearrange/dismantle our furniture will result in fines for every single piece of furniture ($200+ per reassembly or move between rooms).
Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets. Our pipes are old. We will find that tampon you flushed and charge you for it (minimum $500 fine)

Great apartment !

Would definitely recommend staying here! It was a convenient location, decent size, easy check in/check out and the hosts were great at communication . Could've used a deeper clean before the stay but otherwise great experience!

My two friends and I had a great stay at Mike's place in Williamsburg. The place is located in a very safe neighborhood with convenient access to bridges, subways, and restaurants. Mike was very responsive and transparent throughout the process. His place easily accommodated the three of us. I would recommend his place for anyone looking to stay in Brooklyn/Williamsburg.
