NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Staff was welcoming as always! Every time we come to the city, we always stay here for the convenience of distance to Penn and MSG! We’ve been staying here since 2022 for concerts and I can’t say enough about how nice everyone always is and the comfort of the stay!

For a hotel at this level there should be coffee and tea in the room or free coffee stations in the lobby. To expect guest to pay for tea or coffee is not commendable.
