Hyatt Regency Times Square
You cannot beat the location of this hotel and the staff are very nice. The elevators often didn't work or the wait was very long. There is also a long line in the breakfast line each day, and there is no separation for those just getting coffee.

Great location very friendly staff very accommodating our flight in lead to late so we was able to leave our bags with the bellhop.
