The room was very clean and comfortable, the only complaint is the blankets were thin. Staff was so friendly. Great location for my trip to explore New York, I would stay again.

Staff was super helpful and made us feel at home. They helped with luggage, umbrellas in the rain, kept the rooms clean and the breakfast was good and plentiful. I’d stay here again for sure! The people make the difference!

Was a great stay, staff were polite and helpful. Only downside is we had to keep getting new key cards because ours would stop working after a few hours, and breakfast was not the best, but would definitely stay again.

Two of the customer service at the front desk were amazing and went above & beyond to help. However, the coffee that was supposed to be available 24/7, was Always cold or out by 7 pm! And we have to ask them to provide a fresh one.

Fantastic location close to Grand Central Station and with the subway operating 24/7 one can get any where quickly and cheaply. A number of NYC landmarks are also in walking distance. The front desk staff Mike and Victoria were amazing, friendly and helpful. Mike was able to move me to another room when construction noise from the adjacent building was too loud. Victoria was always smiling and open to a quick chat. She made my stay very memorable and if i return to NYC I will definitely return.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Within walking distance of Grand Central Station, Times Square, Broadway. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn, Grand Central. It was in a great location walkable from Grand Central station with no issue. Staff was very nice and the breakfast every morning was great. The breakfast staff made the area was always stocked and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

I think the price is worth it. Little distance from the Disney parks. The cleanliness would improve a little, especially the smell. In general it covered our requirements for the few days we stayed.

Super zentral gelegen und das Frühstück war gar nicht so schlecht, wie manchmal bewertet. Immer eine warme Eierspeise, Fleischvariante (Bacon, Würsten), diverse Bagel, Waffeln zum Selbermachen, Oatsame, Apfel, Banane, Cornflakes, Joghurt…Saft und Kaffee waren auch sehr lecker. Wir hatten in der 15. Etage ein Zimmer mit Balkon (Rarität in NY) inkl. einmaligen Blick auf das Crysler Building. Bett war sehr bequem und an sich ist man in dieser Stadt nur zum schlafen im Zimmer.

Great location, two blocks to grand central, and there were a few great restuarants as well as a drug store on the corner. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good (and ran until 10, bless them) and there was water available in the lobby 24/7. Overall, I would stay again!

Hampton Inn was excellent! Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our first time in NYC a memorable one. Breakfast was delicious and kept well stocked by busy workers. Great location which is walkable to Times Square in a safe location at a reasonable cost for a family of four. Would highly recommend!
