The staff are amazing but some of the stuff in the rooms need work! I am traveling from out of state across country and this is the last thing I want to worry about!

The room was nice and clean, but the TV did not work and we had someone try 2 times to get into our room. Wasn't to eat for breakfast, ran out of most of the food. Website shows hot food, only had eggs.

I am handicapped and was not able to aquire a handicapped accessible room. I asked, the clerk said "none available" even though i did request one through hotels.com. To make matters worse the elevator was out of order. I painstaking had to use the stairs. I wish not stay at Little Missouri again.

Very nice! Would recomment. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Only complaint. Breakfast should be served until at least 10. When on vacation, everyone sleeps in. It would have been nice to have a full breakfast. The server was taking the food away as we were trying to fill our plates. Otherwise, very nice.

Our room 217 wasnt clean when we went in, there was dirty sock left under the bench type of thing by the closet n itd wasnt vacuumed at all, other than that was a ok

Staff were friendly and it was a nice hotel. Our room smelled like sweat and you could tell the room needed a real deep cleaning. The hallways also had stuff on the floors. Breakfast was needing more attention then what it was but the gentleman working the breakfast was on the phone the whole time we were sitting there. I felt staff were cleaning but assumed they are under staffed and were not able to spend enough time on cleaning. It wasn’t to the point where we needed to ask for a new room but enough to make you feel a little uncomfortable. I did not make big deal out of it because I’m sure like everywhere else they are short staffed and doing the best they can.

Stayed there a few years ago and it wasn’t bad now it is terrible this property is filthy. They have plug ins for boats and not a single one works just would look for something better next time!

The gentleman that checked us in was great! The female that check us out was… not as attentive, she was sitting at a table in the breakfast area visiting with friends. I had to get her attention so she could check me out of my room. She then went outside to smoke with her friends and we listed to the phone ringing at the front desk about 20 times and she never came in to answer it. The breakfast tables were all dirty by the time we came down to have breakfast and were never wiped off… so we had to sit at a dirty table. The people working the breakfast area were also sitting at table visiting with one another. Our room was clean so we were happy with that!

The room was filthy- the sink and bathroom had toothpaste coffee and soap stains. There were potato chips on the floor, nuts lying around the room and jerkey on the desk chair. Moved to another room that when we approached wasn't even locked. As a matter of fact there were nine doors propped open on the floor we stayed. Second room- the lights didn't work, the remote didn't work and there were no towels in the room. I had to go to the desk 6 times in which to try and resolve issues.

Breakfast runs out quickly and the pool was shut down during our stay, other than that it was a nice hotel to stay at.

I loved staying at Little Missouri but after having to deal with a young lady at the front desk yesterday mid morning she was rude n asking for a towel was the hardest thing for her to get... Our room was cold n I couldn't get it warm until the next day.

Positives . . . location, location, location for activities New Town vicinity. Slightly less positive . . . showing signs wear tear; plus pool/hot tub area closed for repairs. Only thing one time we were staying at property about a year back . . .the pool/hot tub were also closed for repairs.

Although the property was nice, the breakfast was something to be desired. Nothing filled or available. Also the pool was not open and no rebate for it.
