"Truly enjoyed the pick/location/hotel. We don’t travel much so we have never experienced a hotel that provided dinner just breakfast accommodation. So that was helpful! Plenty of parking was a plus. The hotel is beautiful. Some things that need help… and it’s not crazy because even without the stay ..."

"Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans. Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance. Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite."

"The elevator did not work. The hallway and room smelled really bad. There were cockroaches in our room and the neighbor upstairs was lifting weights at midnight and keep dropping the dumbbells on the floor which kept waking me up."
