(735 reviews) Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden. The room was larger than expected for a standard room, very clean and comfortable. Shockingly quiet too! We were right by two rooms of a “boys’ weekend” party and even though they were having a great time, we barely heard them! Overall, a lovely stay.
