The large garden can be accessed via a metal staircase at ground level, or via a walkway over the kitchen roof from the first floor. A light limestone path leads you to a sun deck and covered gas BBQ area offering great sea views, perfect for entertaining and relaxing on those warm long summer evenings. There is a covered Gas BBQ/preparation area with table and chairs - use of gas BBQ is chargeable at £60 per stay - please contact us when booking if you wish to use this during your stay. The property is accessed up a few steps through the porch, or through the limestone alleyway to the rear. Dining room: large extendible table, accommodating 8. Really good to have parking so centrally. It is minutes from both beaches and we saw the dolphins several times.
