Ground Floor: Living/dining room: 40" Freeview TV, Woodburner Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher First Floor: Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Excellent level of cleanliness, very well presented . Adequate amount of logs for us to enjoy evenings in front of the log burner. Also, not very relaxing when next door had music blasting out and were slamming doors at all hours, as well as dogs barking in the early morning. Immaculate throughout , and everything u need . What a lovely cottage this is ! Immaculate throughout , and everything u need . The bedroom is huge so plenty of room and I must say loads of storage . A walk down the garden is a must the view of Newquay harbour is beautiful . I will say if you have problems walking the steep track to the cottage could be a slight problem but we travelled around by car so it wasn’t an issue . Beautiful location and certainly peaceful , just what we needed for a relaxing 4 day stay . The owner is very helpful , nothing is too much trouble , will definitely be back , but hopefully the weather will be a bit nicer . Having just spent a wonderful week in this lovely cottage it's hard to know where to start. The owner John greeted us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful a lovely man. The cottage was once part of his own house but had just been made into a separate dwelling and a lovely job had been done. A very cosy comfortable open plan living room and kitchen and a single very large fabulous bedroom and en suite on the second floor. The cottage is high up a very steep track and although we had no problems with this I could imagine some might as it's a Long walk into New Quay but we just drove everywhere and taxis are available if needed though this is the only reason I marked location down to a 9\. We would definitely like to return another year and felt sad to leave... Oh and by the way there's even a small indoor pool lovely peaceful place.
