"Everything about this place was absolutely amazing! The room & view of the river was breathtaking. Everything was super clean and peaceful. My husband and I actually forgot the code to our room when coming back after a night out. It was 1am and within 10 minutes customer service was on the phone and helped us get in with no problems at all. I highly recommend staying at the skowhegan. We will definitely be returning in the future. "

"This was a fantastic vacation property!! We had the greatest week in such a beautiful setting. The view from the front porch and main living area was just beautiful. Loved laying in the master suite upstairs and seeing the water from bed. The property is private with a large amount of land on which to play and a lovely walk to the water access. We loved using the UTV to get to the water as well when we had things to carry or member of our party who couldn’t walk the 4/10 of a mile.House was clean and had everything we needed and more for the week. It was just as described. Very much enjoyed the hot tub on cool afternoons and evenings. Close to everything.Will stay again!"

"The cabin is a classic Maine camp with updated, modern amenities. We were very comfortable even over a rainy weekend as the place is cozy and the sauna was an added bonus! We would stay here again when in the Rangeley area. "

"Our reason for staying here was not because we were interested in the Sugarloaf Mountain area, but because it was the only hotel we could find for that night of our trip. ~ So, I would recommend it to anyone interested in all that Sugarloaf Mtn. has to offer. It's a beautiful hotel. We at dinner at the "45 North" restaurant located in the hotel because we didn't want to drive around looking for somewhere else, BUT order was very tasty, especially for the prices. ~ We didn't use any other amenities, but I'm sure they're top-notched. ~ We would not stay there again, because it was located out of our way and way too above our budget. Again, though, if someone likes what Sugarloaf Mtn. has to offer, I would highly recommend. "
