"The bed and pillows were good. I liked that the room had no carpet and you could open the window. Bathroom was very small and dated. Heater was out on pool, but hot tub was working. Did not use. There is no elevator, might be tricky for some people."

Understood property is under new management, however, outside perameters and clientele were questionable when we checked in, as well as "continental breakfast", very limited."

"The rooms themselves are quiet, meaning I didn't hear anyone around me, but the hotel is close to the main highway, so you can hear that. The breakfast was great- bagels and cream cheese, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon and homestyle potatoes, oatmeal, and toppings, three different cereals, yogurt, fruit, latte machine, juices. they have a lot of store where you can buy snacks and drinks, including white claws :-) & they sell nice wine. The staff was incredibly nice! we do not use the pool, hot tub or gym, but they looked nice. "

"Floor in bathroom was dirty, was given 1hr late checkout by the evening staff checking me in, the am staff did not honor it and was very rude. Couldn’t shower or use water because it was shut off. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Horrible experience."

"Excellent stay, excellent location, excellent hostess. Beautiful back yard for the dogs to run and play. Spacious livng and bedrooms. Nice neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a VRBO in the Caldwell area. Close to the university and fairgrounds. I would stay here again if my travel needs put me in Caldwell, Idaho again!! "
