The staff ( Heather front desk) was very personable and professional. she gave us dinner recommendations and directions to the venue we were going to. Greeted us when we returned around 10:30 . "This cottage is my new "home away from home"!! Everything was better than what you see in the pictures. The peacefulness and privacy of the area made me feel so relaxed. Morning coffee in the rocking chair on the porch while listening to the birds chirp set the mood for each day. Location to Amish / local establishments was easy to navigate once you know the area. Melissa was quick to respond to any needs, yet very respectful of my wish for independence. I have - and will continue to highly recommend this cottage for a destination near Sugar Creek or New Philadephia, Ohio"

"Did not have breakfast but did have great coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Liked the firm/soft pillow options on each bed. Great location for the hotel. We were there just for overnight but had a very restful sleep. "

"Great place for small or large groups! Very comfortable and fun setting with a little bit for everyone but my favorite was the friendliest host I’ve worked with. Very attentive and so kind. Lots of soft blankets to cozy up plenty of towels to include pool towels are provided and plenty of entertainment for everyone. There is not a hair dryer to indoor games provided which isn’t a show stopper we pack our own but something to be aware of there is a washer and dryer bring your own detergent if you want to use it… we will be back for sure one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! "
