I do however want to remind you that an ESA animal is not a Service Animal and therefore we are not obligated under any law to accept an animal like your ESA animal. We do not accept pets here at this hotel unless it is a service animal, which in your case an ESA animal does not fall under that catagory. I would also like to remind you that we do not accept any foul langauge directed at our staff, and in an incident where that does happen, our employees have a right to take action as necessary .We wish you the best and a Happy New Year .
