Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Interesting stay 

Parking was not included and you had to pay extra. The secured parking is a must, this was not a safe area. Do NOT walk around at night. Instructions were not clear. Property appeared secure, with gate codes, but then some doors just were not locked. Mattress was hard as a rock. Room was clean and comfortable, but I wish I’d stayed with a reputable hotel brand so as to avoid surprises like the horrible mattress - I am still sore. The property was interesting, a remodel of a Catholic Church and school. The pool area was very inviting. The other guests were a diverse bunch. Some families, but some party people. Quiet hours were not enforced. A group of guests woke us up at 5A still partying from last night. Overall worth the price and good value with the understanding that with a lower price tag you will sacrifice some comforts you might be used to.
