My door handle on the interior was broken which caused a hassel to leave the room each time and I paid for my parking spot and couldn’t park in it because someone else was parked in it causing me to have to park in a different number spot than the one I paid for and nothing was done about the car in my spot. ##### Natalee L. We did have a difficult time finding the parking garage as it is inside the building and the door is not marked at all. If they would’ve said it was ON Elk Place and that Cleveland Ave ended right where the garage door was, that would’ve been very helpful. Also, I never received anything but the parking spot number until I called Hosteeva to find the structure.
