If nightlife is your scene enjoy walking only six blocks to New Orleans' Famous Bourbon Street! Ideal for business, family, or leisure! Full Kitchen and Bathroom and 4 Laundry rooms in the building!!! Come Stay with Us!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Location! Clean! Everything walking distance

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions. The unit was well-maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.

Our stay was amazing. The location is perfect!! You can walk to pretty much anything you’d want to. Very safe and having the Ruby Slipper Nextdoor is an added perk!

Clean, good communication, and right in the thick of it. Fun New Orleans spot within walking distance to everything. Only hiccup was a lack of dedicated parking space, which I understood to be included but is not - a minor issue all things considered and not a big enough deal to lower the overall rating.

We had a great time in New Orleans, we were so pleased with this location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Communication was great and check in instructions were very clear, if we fine our way this way again we will be staying here!

The property was very nice and was in a good location. The Ruby Cafe was great to have breakfast at in the morning and everything was within walking distance from this place. It was quiet and convenient. Would recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here in the future when we visit NOLA!

Feeling Like A Local

Was staying the night to catch Clejan, the Trap Violinist, on Bourbon. Loved the location, truly made me feel like a local. Traveling alone I felt safe the entire time. Great area within walking distance of SO much. Highly recommend, especially if you’re doing a solo R&R trip like I did 💜

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay in New Orleans. It was exactly as I imagined it would be with music and parades in the streets, delicious restaurants, a city like no other! The Penthouse was located a block from Canal St and it was easy to walk all over the city. The location was easy to find and there was a lot of public parking available less than a block away. I would stay in this location again. Thank you for hosting us Genesis!
