This isn’t necessarily the condo owner’s fault, but the lobby to the building was filthy and smelled like urine. I suspect homeless men got in bc there are many around it’s easy to follow someone in the door. The security guard was mostly absent. The elevators don’t have any safety mechanism. Every other building I went in required you to scan a card to access elevators. The condo itself is good value if you’re on a budget like I am, and the bed is better than average ##### Andrew G.
