Owners were so gracious and would def stay again. There are lots of steps, so make sure your party is mobile. The bedroom is at the entrance of the hallway so you may hear some hall noise and the hall lights do come through, but I just switched them off when we went to sleep. Fair warning to those with aging knees like us - when the reviews say “expect some steps”, this is a second floor unit and there is a fairly steep, twenty step staircase. We found that we generally only went out once or twice and spent most of the day out, so that didn’t affect us as much as we thought it might… The area was nice, fairly quiet, but with some really good restaurants (try Surreys for breakfast - you won’t be sorry)! The rental was comfortable with a small but fully stocked kitchen, plentiful hot water, and a good bed. The only thing we found lacking was a few more pieces of furniture - a bench at the end of the bed to put our suitcase on and an ottoman in the living room to rest our aching feet would have been nice.
