My room felt inviting the moment I walked in, with crisp linens, a perfectly maintained bathroom, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Whether it was offering local recommendations, greeting me with a smile, or handling small requests quickly, the team consistently went above and beyond. Their friendliness added so much to the overall experience.The Mayfair’s location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to walk to the heart of the action — great restaurants, music, and attractions — yet just far enough to feel peaceful when you return for the night. It made exploring New Orleans effortless.Overall, The Mayfair exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with truly exceptional service.
