"Loved the service and staff. Our flight was cancelled the day we were leaving and we had already checked out. I called to try and either get our room back for one more night or another room instead of changing hotels. The Westin staff was wonderful and we came back from the airport to our same room for the night . No problems, no issues. Thank you sooooo much!! Would stay at the Westin again for sure."

"From the moment I arrived at the property, I was treated like royalty. The valet attendant was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all the valet services in detail. He wouldn’t even let me handle my own luggage. He assisted me in every way possible and did so with genuine courtesy. At the check-in counter, I was warmly greeted by Sean. His attentiveness and welcoming demeanor truly stood out. Sean’s customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in hospitality. It’s clear he loves what he does at the NOPSI Hotel. He answered all my questions with care and helped make my birthday stay truly unforgettable. I am looking forward to staying at NOPSI Hotel for my next solo-cation! Special thanks to Mr Ken at the front desk for making our check in a pleasurable experience. Mr. Duane for his exceptional service at breakfast each morning. Mr Toy was also very helpful with helping us find our room at check in, with our luggage at check out and went above our expectations. Special thanks to Ms Detrail being very polite and attentive to our needs when we needed assistance. "We loved this hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. You walk right out the door into all of the New Orleans action. Easy walk to anywhere you need to go including trolleys and buses. We will stay again if we ever get back to NOLA. "
