Location is best for most areas of our interest. No car is needed. The city transportation (electric trolley) was best to go any location. Transportation passes can be bought from Walgreens, that are present at every corners. At Walgreens, expect fruits and vegetables, one can find almost anything.

If you want a good, clean safe hotel in the middle of NO, this is it for you! Good food and good shopping all around. Everyone was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The crown plaza was good to me. I didnt have a problem with anything other than the fridge wasn't cold enough. Other than that i have no complaints.

Not really a person to complaint. But the mattress on the folding couch is a absolutely joke!! no cushion at all. We got back from a concert late to me was pointless to complain at that time. But that matters don’t bellow to your hotel everting around look nice and update someone needs to be in this project check those folding couch mattress.

Spent 7 night and room inly cleaned 3 times after asking front desk daily. Other small details that don't get communicated well to house keeping. Hotel restaurant was best part of the stay

Loved the hotel but be sure to ask for room away from garbage crew. But hotel jumped into action and fixed our room and put us up in beautiful new room. Staff is excellent

The rooms were dirty. The shower was nasty. Room service came to clean but when we returned she threw all the blankets and pillows on the floor took all the towels and left her cleaning gloves on the chair.

Sheets had a black “tar” spot No coffee cups for in room coffee, batteries in remote to low to operate channels, looked out the window into a tunnel of walls, decorations were nothing except headboard, concierge had limited hours and was terrible when there, deck clerks were good and parking attendants were great.

I stayed here two years ago and so when I saw availability recently I jumped at the chance tos tay here again, but the hotel has gone downhill. The front desk staff didnt seem to care about issues, and the housekeeping staff were not paying attention. They gave us plastic cups for the coffee machine, which after calling 3 times over an hour and a half still wasnt rectified. They also decided to just stop leaving us bath mats. The lock on my room fully stopped working 3 times during my stay, each time I had to go back to the lobby, get given a new key, then check again (spoiler, it didnt work) and then finally they would call security, who also then couldn’t get it to work. The ice machines were broken on all but the 3rd floor and someone had had a party at the pool leaving it murky, covered in ticker tape and unusable. Overall a sad reduction to a once good quality hotel.

The location is amazing. The staff was good. The property was well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Security in front was excellent. However my card opened a door that wasn’t mine and i quickly closed it but that prompted me to make sure i locked my things up in case someone accidentally opened my door and got curious.

While the staff were pleasant, there were not many of them. Valet did not answer then phone when we tried to leave at 8am. I had to find the valet outside to request my car and I was the only guest around. The night before my friends abandoned their fully paid stay when they could not find a valet to park their car - they just drove the hour home rather than wait after sitting on Canal for over 20 minutes. Also, their is a strong smell of marijuana on the property - not sure if it was from guests or workers but REALLY strong!! That resulted in my medium cleanliness rating.

Everything was great from valet to front desk to housekeeping. My only thing i didn't like was the super hard bed and only one towel per person, which i had to request extra towels And toilet paper. .otherwise perfect location and extremely super clean. Our room had a king size bed and hifh ceilings.. would also would have liked to be able to have a tv guide but we really didn't have time to watc other than super late or eary mornings. A

The pool was filthy completely no one got in it. We sat around the pool and talked because of the location. There were spider webs in our window, completely dirty we couldn’t enjoy the view from the room. The staff were excellent in customer service and the Restore’s actual good

The staff was awesome. The bed was like a taco. I literally had to lay in the middle because it sunk in the middle. Room had a smell. Fridge didn’t work until we moved it to another plug. Couldn’t use the coffee make because there was something stuck inside the area u put water.

While we thought it was pretty clean, we saw and reported a mouse in the lobby and the desk guy basically ignored several folks who had done the same. Walking in the hotel lobby as well as in either direction just outside the hotel the usage and smell of Marijuana was very pungent and prominent.
