Cars can be parked in the spaces well off the street, and Uber-Lyft cars are never far away. There's a terrific cafe 3-5 minutes away on foot for breakfasts. The immediate neighborhood may not be safe after dark (as are many parts of New Orleans), but we adjusted our logistics and felt perfectly fine.
