Location was excellent for the New Orleans experience. You have to accept that you are in a downtown location and you will hear “city noises”. Was the perfect proximity to the New Orleans attractions. Walking distance to most everything. The Premium Parking is a block or so away and is a good choice if you drive down. It could have been cleaner - there were old chips and open snacks left in the cupboard, the flatware in the kitchen had coffee stains and food on them, and I'm not sure when the floor had been mopped last, but getting into the shower and watching the dirt swirl around made it obvious that it had been a while. Other than these little things (which I easily cleaned - not the floor though), the location was great! The apartment was well furnished and comfortable, and the rooftop area was a huge bonus! I would stay here again, just wish it had been thoroughly cleaned between guests. ##### Joy B. The bed was comfortable. The pull out couch was broken, so thankfully we had also brought an air mattress. We were able to contact the host company fairly easy but, we had requested an early check in. They stated we needed to call them day of as it was booked the night before. Our flight landed at 5 am, we called and they stated they would clean it quickly and we could get checked in. Well that did not happen. We called twice to see if our room was ready and they assured us they were working on it. At the end we ended up checking at the regular time of 4pm. So we sat around waiting because they said it would be ready early for us. So not necessarily their fault but just crappy customer service. ##### Jeffery H.
