Great spot for Bachelor/ bachelorette trip

The place was lovely and had no issues. Communication was great with the owners. It has an outdoor shared space with other properties but it ended up being great for us regardless.

Wonderful eclectic home minutes away from French quarter

We really enjoyed our stay in this historical compound, the staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and all in all a nice place. The listing should make it a little clearer that your sharing common areas with other bookings within the compound. We stayed in the blue cottage and everyone enjoyed it. The homes are ver historical to the area, if you are expecting the Sheraton, it is not that, but we enjoyed the eclectic nature of it all.

An Amazing Home Base

My husband and I were celebrating with our wedding party and stayed at this amazingly affordable spot in NOLA. Near all where you want to be in an up and coming neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better place for our group of 13. The bathroom situation is solid with all 4 rooms being accessible via the main room. I do wish they updated the description as they do not have a hot tub outside (no jets!). The place could use some love and investment, it really is a gem and could shine even more with some polish.

NOLA CHATEAU PROPERTY

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Chateau in NOLA! The only thing is that I did not know that I would be sharing the property compound with other people who was not part of my group. But, we stayed in the big, main house on the property and did have our own privacy inside. The house was updated and modern with a NOLA feel to it.

I stayed at this property with six of my employees for a work trip with some downtime mixed in, and overall it worked out very well. It was great that all seven of us had our own bedrooms, and the four bathrooms were all nicely sized. One thing I didn’t realize ahead of time (which may have been in the listing and I missed it) is that one of the bedrooms requires walking through another bedroom to reach the common areas.The indoor furniture and kitchen accessories were fine but not standout. The bar stools were different from the photos and felt a bit inexpensive, which made them slightly uncomfortable to sit on. That said, the onsite groundskeeper was extremely responsive and quickly addressed any minor issues we had.The location is excellent—easy and safe walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The outdoor common areas are a highlight: very spacious, beautifully done, and perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or gathering as a group. The pool and hot tub were warm and very enjoyable.Overall, this would be a great rental for multiple families, work trips, or wedding/bachelor party groups visiting New Orleans. If we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.
