Welcome to New Orleans! 900 Bartholomew St. Unit 520 New Orleans, LA 70117 Entry: The front door to the lobby of the building is located on the corner of Bartholomew St. & Burgundy St. Enter code “#1986” to unlock the doors and make your way through the lobby to the elevators. The code to enter the unit is the last four digits of the phone number on your booking. Place your palm on the black screen on the door to illuminate the numbers. To unlock the door, enter the code and wait for the lock to finish unlocking the deadbolt. When leaving, press the "lock" button at the top of the lock and wait for the lock to finish locking. Parking: Secure parking is located inside the building. You can find the parking garage entrance along the Burgundy St. side of the building. Enter code “#1986” to open the automatic door. Once inside, park in space designated 13\. Only one parking spot is allowed inside the building with the condo. IF YOU PARK ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE TOWED. For additional cars, you can find ample free street parking around the building. You can access the lobby from the parking lot. Door code to enter is #1986. It stays unlocked. But the gym code is 13579#) 7\. No Loitering in Common Areas | Please do not hang out in the lobby or other common areas.
