"Expected a quaint country inn. Slept in a tired barn. Fireplaces did not work. Advertised but upon arrival found a sign saying they were a fire hazard. (Duh!). Restaurant food was good but was like cafeteria dining. No hot breakfast. Not the romantic space we expected but we’re seeking."

"The lounge was closed on Thursday. We went to a concert at Tanglewood and it would have been nice to have a nightcap. Might I suggest that you pole yiur guests and see if they are in town for a concert and if they would patronize the lounge if it was open."
