"Employees were helpful. the shuttle to casino was great! Ran until 1a. The room was clean and sheets were soft and cozy. Hallways had a mildew smell so that really turned me off to returning. The elevator opened on both side and cleaning and laundry employees moved binds in elevators with guest. Not cool.."

"The Hilltop scores high marks on many key points. Staff: Excellent, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast area is kept clean, stocked and provides 24 hour hot drinks. Breakfast is more than adequate and comes free. The rooms are dated but modernized. Coffee machine, fridge and nice beds with classic furniture, tables and dressers. We found a beautiful wooded walking trail along the stream across the street. We recommend "

"We rented a two queen deluxe room so we could use the Jacuzzi tub after a long day of traveling. We arrived around 11pm, the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. As we arrived to our room we struggled to get the door open because it stuck and had to be pushed hard to open. When we entered it was immediatley noted that the room was not clean. The floors were dirty, there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and there was even a spider waiting for me on my pillow. After accepting this was it for the night because it was too late to deal with it we went in to try the jacuzzi tub and quickly realized that we would not be able to use it as the knob to turn it on was broken completely off, the tub was also very discolored. After settling for a shower I was then stuck in the bathroom because the door was out of straight and stuck in the top corner. After pulling on it from the inside the handle then broke off in my hand and my husband had to push the upper corner of the door from the outside of the bathroom for me to get out. After finally crawling into our hard bed at 1 am we were woken at 3 am to screaming outside our room door by a man at his wife and again at 4:30. We felt unsafe to go outside and would never stay here again. The friendly lobby staff was the only good thing about our stay, otherwise it was terrible and we would not recomend this place to anyone!"
