I greatly enjoyed my stay. Marc, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He thought of everything and even stocked the refrigerator! The location is great for walking to get coffee and bagels in the morning or Italian food at night. Overall great experience.

Everything was perfect.
Marc had everything just perfect. Extremely clean and lovely. He even put some edible goodies in for us. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Wonderful.

Great Experience
We had a great stay in New Haven. Marc's flat was perfect. The location could not be beat, it was incredibly clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great City Flat
This place is just like the picture, clean, great lighting, modern, and in a great location. The owner was great, very hospitable, and accommodating. Everything you need is in walking distance. I would definitely book again!

Second time here and we already rebooked another stay!
We just love this sweet condo in New Haven. Marc truly understands what it means to be an excellent host. The condo was spotless upon arrival and Marc even provided yummy snacks and beverages.
We stay almost exclusively stay at VRBO properties when we travel because we like the “home-like” feeing. I have never had an owner reach out to let us know another guest was not immediately checking in after us. We were pleasantly surprised when unprompted, Marc invited us to stay a few extra hours on our last day. It made our morning so much less stressful as we were able to enjoy breakfast and pack at a leisurely pace before heading to the airport.
Thank you Marc! We have already booked our stay for this same time next year and look forward to coming “home” to your place in New Haven.
