Do you want to wake up to bird music every morning? Do you want to study/work surrounded by fresh air? What if it’s too hot or cold outside? Don’t worry! You can still sit on your porch and enjoy your time studying.

It’s a first floor of a single house. (Walk out Basement) with separate entrance . Has its own kitchen, full bathroom..
Guests can have access to the porch , park the car . Cook their own meals. Have access to the big back yard with the playground and jumping.
My family and I live in the second floor and we will use the front yard. We won’t distract you at all. And you won’t see us if you want !
