If extra guests past the allowed amount stay, then there will be additional charge of $50 per guest. If guests knowingly lie on the booking reservation and bring extra guests past the allowed amount (example, the number of total guests booked was ten, and the number of guests that stay at the apartment is eleven), then the party must leave immediately, and no refund will be given. Parking is available on-site. Please be courteous to other guests and park in an appropriate manner. 9\. Guests are not allowed to use charcoal grills on the apartment premises. Guests are not allowed to initiate anything such as lighting candles, barbecuing, or anything thereof with flames that may cause a fire on the apartment premises. 10\. The apartment comes fully furnished for guests’ stay. Guests must keep all furnishings in good, clean conditions. 11\. Guests must use all appliances for intended use. Any damages due to any type of negligence will be charged to guests as a penalty fee. 12\. Guests are responsible for their belongings, items, and possessions. Hosts are not responsible for any loss of missing items during the stay of the guests. Please be sure to check for belonging before checking-out. We can't promise that items will still be on the premise after the cleaners come. 13\. Hosts are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that happen while on the apartment premises. We came for Thanksgiving and a wedding. The groom's wedding ring dropped in between porch slats and cheers to the owner who got a handyman in on Friday am in time for the ceremony! Interior is clean and roomy and bright but a bit spare-- short on bureaus and carpets and some kitchen and cleaning supplies like a vacuum. There is good parking but the entrance can use reflectors because the drveway entrance is poorly marked with a pole that could be backed into. The apartment was on the ground floor of a renovated 19th-early 20th century home. The rooms are very large, with high ceilings, and everything is new and tasteful.
