Cozy and beautiful 3 family multi family property. It has recently been renovated inside and out. First fl has an amazing husband and wife with young children who have been living there for more than 6 years. The second and third floor are dedicated to only individuals within the medical profession like traveling nurses and other hospital related personnel. This apartment is on the Third floor and has 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are very spacious and clean.The entire unit is beautiful with a wide hallway. You are blocks away from Yale New Haven Hospital, Union station, churchs, schools, and the New Haven police dept. Beautiful Downtown New Haven and entrance to all major highways is only 7 blocks away. The area is safe and is experiencing new residential building projects.
