Parking passes not given drove around for an hr trying to park car ended up in a far away area not secure.
Found out later they were in a drawer at end of hallway the day we were leaving 😡
Phoned caretaker when we got there he never answered so people age 75 had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs

The hotel was old
Our bed was so old it was shaped like a bowl
The air conditioner kept running and the tv had issues
The area where the hotel is located is not in a good area related to safety
We had to leave three days early and check into another hotel
We told them we were checking out early and the staff didn’t seem to care
We asked if we could get some kind of refund and they said no
