"Boutique hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms at a good price. Terrific location with T-Line subway station right out front. Really nice restaurant and bar. Convenient walk to Freedom Trail, North End Italian district as well as the waterfront and Aquarium. Will stay here again next time."

"Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. Definitely not related to the comments in google map or any other apps as “top-rated breakfast”. Taking this hotel as a backup plan or if you cares for the budget. "
