New College of Florida

We took a cute little studio with a queen bed. Very clean, the usual convenient amenities, plus an apartment size proper refrigerator/freezer. Shower/tub faucet was intuitive, and the A/C was cild! Two pools, one which was a beautiful, new addition. Quarter-operated ($2) washing machines and dryers on the property, plus private exterior changing rooms. Short walk to the beach, and an easy-to-reserve lounge chair and umbrella setup service. Friendly and helpful staff - defo staying again if we get back out this way!

Beautiful facility. Perfect for families close to all the beaches and fun. Can't wait to return for our next visit!

We have stayed at hotels, condos, and bnbs all over the country for years, and this has been the cleanest by far. We had a slight issue with our door and the staff immediately came to fix it. A maintenance worker goes around fixing up stuff and covering scuffs regularly. The staff was beyond accommodating and the bar tenders were great. Thank you for a great, easy vacation!!! We will be back!
