"Great hotel, lobby has been remodeled and the front desk was very helpful! Arranged our transportation to airport. Room has a partial view of Eiffel tower when you stuck your head out the window, which was nice. Very central located, small rooms, but that is what Paris is. Would stay there again for sure."

"We liked this very much. Feels out of the way, but really isn’t. We were able to walk and use rail to get everywhere. The staff is very sweet and friendly. It’s amazing they fit such a nice bathroom into such a small hotel. Wanted to watch the Eiffel Tower light up and only had to step out onto the sidewalk. Merci beaucoup!"

"Did not need AC. Accomodation was average. Staff was super. Disappointed with the room advertised for a queen bed. There was a 10 inch between the foot of the bed and the wall. Had to creep to go to the washroom.There was no suitcase stand. In fact there was no.place for any. One side had 28 inches between the bed and the window wall. The other side had a 30 inch space between the bed and wall/front door. We had two suitcases and no place to put them. You had to open them and close them and push them aside to get in and out the room.Will be great for a single bed. It is falsely advertised and misleading."

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff. This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here."
